Privacy Policy

Hello # is a free iPhone app for owners of smart # vehicles, and gonzalvez.net is its marketing website. Both are designed so that nothing you do ever leaves your device, except the communication strictly required for the app to talk to smart's own servers on your behalf. This page describes exactly what happens with your data.

Who we are

Hello # and this website are published by GOZAPP, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered in Paris ("we", "us"). For full company details, see our mentions légales. For any privacy-related question, contact us at hello@gozapp.dev .

What data we collect

We don't collect anything about you or your activity. Specifically:

• No GOZAPP account, no sign-up on our side.
• No cookies. No analytics. No trackers. No advertising pixels.
• Your smart account credentials are stored only in your device's secure keychain, at your request. A secure OIDC authentication token is encrypted there following standard security practices.
• Vehicle data (status, location, charging, etc.) is fetched directly from smart's servers to your iPhone and is never routed through any server we operate.

Third-party services

To function, Hello # talks directly to smart Europe GmbH's backend using your credentials. When you log in or retrieve data, the communication is between your iPhone and smart. We are not in the middle. smart processes this data under its own privacy policy.

The website is hosted by OVH SAS (2 Rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). When your browser requests the page, the host receives standard HTTP information (IP address, user agent, referrer) as part of serving the site. This is inherent to how the web works; we do not read or store those logs.

The App Store download link redirects your browser to Apple Inc., which operates under its own privacy policy.

If you click the "Buy me a coffee" link, your browser navigates to buymeacoffee.com, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. We only receive a notification that a donation was made (with whatever information you chose to share on their page). We do not receive your payment card details.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port any personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Since we don't hold any, there is nothing for us to access or delete, but if you ever believe otherwise, email us at hello@gozapp.dev .

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr .

Changes to this policy

If we ever add analytics, cookies, or any other form of data collection, we will update this page and, where legally required, ask for your consent before activating it.
